The pros, the cons, and everything between
Great breakfast selection with waffles, eggs, and sausage. Outdoor pool was comfortably heated, perfect after a long day. Room was spacious with modern amenities and friendly staff made us feel at home.
The elevator was out of service during our stay. I faced issues with my door key, needing multiple tries. A loud group disturbed the peace in the evening, which detracted from our experience.

We checked out the exhibits at Mabery Museum and had some fun gaming at Cliff Castle Casino. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was decent, just enough to start the day. I’d totally recommend this spot to fellow travelers.
One of the biggest downsides was the noise from other guests, especially kids screaming late into the night. it really made it tough to relax.

Lack of accessible transport options made it difficult to explore the town!!! No elevator service on the third floor caused inconvenience for those with mobility issues!!!

We had an amazing time staying here with our kids. The breakfast was a big hit, with plenty of choices like waffles, scrambled eggs, and yogurt. The heated outdoor pool was just perfect for a hot Arizona day, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after exploring nearby attractions.
My children wished the hallways smelled better.

It was just a great match for a fleeting pause in Camp Verde with outstanding value. The king suite felt spacious since the extra bed area was used for a couch and coffee table. Just be ready for some stairs if the elevator is down.

Exceptional hospitality and great amenities
I was really impressed by the attention we received from the staff, especially when they allowed us to check in early, which was a huge relief traveling with three kids. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for our family to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast spread was hearty, with options like waffles, scrambled eggs, and yogurt, catering to everyone’s tastes. While the facilities could use some updates, the comfort and service I experienced made our stay enjoyable.

Ideal spot for couples!
Had a hot tub that was just perfect after long days of hiking! The staff at the front desk were helpful, especially Bryann, who recommended a great spot to eat. We ended up at La Casita, and let me tell you, the food was fantastic!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you got, it was still acceptable.
